Hi I was just searching for the answer: Are the 8 quick controls available or preset to specific CC#??
All I want to do is setup a patch on my keyboard for Halion so that I can use the QC’s on every patch with my defaults.

If you go to options page and scroll down to midi settings, there is an option to save current configuration as default.
I think that should do what you are trying to do.
