Hi composers, arrangers, music lovers,
New Dorico user (former Finale) here…
I have completed a score in Dorico, but strangely enough one page seems to deviate from its template.
It is mainly in the spacings between the different instrument sections; for some reason Dorico does not seem to follow the template shape on this page.
Since I am new to Dorico I do not know where to start. Do you have any idea where I can best look for a solution?

I checked this and understand that the options for the entire document can be adjusted here, but as you can see, strangely enough only one page differs.
When I select the content on that page and then open the layout options again, I actually see the options that I also see on every other page through the whole document, so I don’t seem to notice any difference there.
Can I also adjust the settings for a single page, since only one differs?
No, you can’t adjust the settings for just one page, but you need to change the thresholds so that the page that is currently not justified becomes justified. This aspect of the software is covered in great detail in this livestream:
