Question about update or upgrade of an old version of Cunbase 4

Hello
I have stopped working on Cubase 4 many years ago. I want now to start it again, but in another laptop (from Vista to Windows 10). I found the option
“update to Cubase Pro 10” . My question is: Is it right to do an UPDATE from a simpler Cubase 4 to a much newer Pro 10?
Is this the right procedure, or I pay for something wrong?

PS: I have the old dongle

If you have Cubase 4 with a valid license, not Cubase Studio - or Essentials 4, then thatˋs the right update
