Question about upgrading to 7 from le5

So I got the cubase le 5 with my interface, but I recently bought the full version of 7’s upgrade. Now Its sitting here beside me but I had some question about the install.

  1. Do I need to uninstall le5 first?

  2. what happens to all my old le5 files, will they play in 7?

  1. No, they are completely separate programs and can both be installed at once

  2. They should do yes.
