question!

I am currently working on a MacbookPro using Cubase Pro14 for TV karaoke production.
I just purchased an i Pad A16 11th generation and installed Cubasis3.

I exported the data I created in Cubase as a DAW project and imported it into Cubasis on my iPad, and now I can see the same project in Cubasis as I did in Cubase. The sound also comes out.

However, even when I use the routing in Cubasis to assign the outputs in the same way (see below), the sound comes out from 1ch2ch all at the same time.

(In Cubase on Macbookpro and O/I 208i on TASCAM, 1.2ch karaoke M, 3ch counting sound, 4ch click sound in the artist’s earpiece, 5.6ch vocal chorus.
(The sound is divided into two channels.)

I want to do this on my ipad and Cubasis just for playback. (For emergent use.).
I downloaded the 208i driver for Cubasis but cannot open it.
Is this the cause?
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to solve this problem.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @georgek705

Thanks for your message.

You will have to define the settings for inputs and outputs in Cubase itself (this is unrelated to Cubasis and/or shared DAWprojects via Cubasis).

Please have a look at the Cubase help article, which is hopefully of help resolving the problem:

To further discuss Cubase related issues, please visit the Cubase forum.

Best,
Lars

I connected Cubase to the audio interface, set up the routing, and saved it. In this state, I created a DAW project and imported it, and it worked.
