Bummer, you could change the voice on the middle ones, flip the stem, shorten them to a 1/4. and remove any unnecessary rests. Hiding just the dot has been requested before in another context, and also hiding the notehead, but not the dot.
(You might have to change the voice column index for the middle notes in Engrave mode.)
