quick controls in elements

Sorry if this has already been asked, I can’t find a search button here in the forums to check.

I have Cubase elements 8, which appears to not have track quick controls. Can anyone confirm if Cubase 10 elements has them?

Regarding to this comparison matrix (Sequencing section), Track Quick Controls are part of all Cubase 10 derivatives.
