how can i move one thing to the another? I want to control all my plugins from mixer view

If you right-click on the plug-in parameter, and select the Add ... to Quick Control Slot > Slot X, this will add it to the Focus Quick Controls.
The Quickest way to assign to the Track Controls, is to enable the L (Learn Mode) in the Track Quick Controls (in the project window), select the given Quick Control Slot and move the parameter on the plug-in.
