Hi guys, you probably get this all the time, but I have no idea what I’m doing!
I don’t want to waste any of your time so I’ll be quick:
I have Cubase elements on my laptop and want to upgrade to Cubase 8, my laptop sucks so a new computer is needed. I’m looking at getting a mac but know nothing about the requirements.
I’ll be making slightly-above-average demos using mostly VSTs, some vocal/guitar live tracks and the usual stuff like reverb/EQ/compression. Nothing fancy at all haha.
Simply put, would I need any kind of special deal or would a standard iMac be powerful enough to do that sort of thing?
