Quick question regarding sound

I have a question regarding the sound output of my the UR12. I have my UR12 connected to my PC, is it possible to send the sound back to the PC so it can play the recordings/playback through the same headphones I usually use for sound output from my PC? As of now, the only way I am able to hear my guitar is when I connect a separate pair of headphones directly to the front IO (jack) of my UR12.

I don’t think so. The UR and the headphone jack use different software drivers and different technology (the UR uses ASIO technology and the PC uses “Windows Audio”).
