How can I quickly set a start and end locator to any given clip?
Right now I have to drag with mouse the L and R locators to border any given clip. I would like to be able to click on a clip, say its an 8 bar audio clip of a guitar section, and then have that clip be “encased” by the L and R locators.

By default it’s the key P - just select the Event/Clip and hit P
But you can assign whatever key you in the Key Commands->Transport->Set Locators To Selection Range
