Rack Instances No longer updating their appearance after Freezing the Instance

So I have a pretty good size template with a lot of VST rack instances in it. Most are frozen for operational efficiencies, and memory handling when I’m not editing on their associated tracks.

I’ve noted that since Cubase 11, when I freeze a track, that it no longer clears the QuickControl legend in the Rack or doesn’t even grey it out.

It shows the Freeze/Unfreeze Button as the only lit option (no activate or edit instrument buttons.

Instument instances that I haven’t unfrozen since upgrading to Cubase 11 still show as they used to.

Are we in need of a programming fix here?

It works for me, here. The Quick Control Knobs are greyed out and deactivated, once I freeze the Rack Instrument.
