Racks drop down in Cubase 13

Does this exist in Cubase Pro 13?
It doesn’t appear on my screen.
It’s not an option in the toolbar set up.

I’m using Windows 11.
Mine looks the same as yours. The screenshot is from a tutorial I was viewing, and I was thrown off by the discrepancy. I’m trying to learn control room, and I find some of it quite confusing. It said you activate cue sends from the rack, but I don’t see where to do that.

Cue sends can be found in each channel’s settings…

Cue sends also FIRST have to be added using the Audio Connections dialogue (default key F4).
