Random function in Midi logic editor?

Hi!
I would like to set up macro and hotkeys for randomising midi length and velocity?
Anyone who can share some knowledge on how to set it up? I would like to randomize the length to become shorter from 1/16 notes.

Also see the MIDI Modifiers in the track inspector, as there are features to ‘humanize’ events there as well.
