random License error on my iMac and MacBook Pro

Hi,

one of my big problems with Cubase 10 is that randomly hangs on the license error message and I need to force quit due to the license error message that does not let me continue to work, the ok button does not work! This appears on my iMac and MacBook Pro
I run the maintenance periodically but this does not seems to help and solve the problem.
I need a stable platform that let me work without lost my ideas and waste time solving random errors, please tell me the solution to that!

Hi,

Start eLCC application and trigger Maintenance. Do you use any older USB-eLicneser? If yes, I would recommend to exchange it by the new (short) USB-eLicenser.

maintenance is applied often and my USB key is the newest (short).

What macOS version do you use?

Could you try to install an older eLCC version?

the problems randomly appear on my iMac OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra and on a new MacBook Pro 2018 same OS.
I could try to install an older eLCC version, is there a link on how to do this?
