I am getting random midi notes when I open the Key editor for a VST instrument. Help!
Can you describe the MIDI Input Routing for that Track.
Also can you put a MIDI Monitor Insert on the Track and tell us if you see these ârandom notesâ and also confirm that they are indeed random and not something specific.
What do you mean by this?
I have noticed that in the Key Editor there are times when just moving my mouse over the screen will generate random MIDI notes. Then, after deleting them, Cubase 15 Pro crashesâŚIt is like a warning sign once that happens that cubase will crash in the next 10 of 15 seconds. Usually happens when I have been working with Cubase for about 45 minutesâŚSo, I make sure to save often.
Sorry, I meant to say, a midi track plays back fine unless the corresponding key editor is open. I will try the midi monitor, and post the results, then check to see if it is happening on other instrument tracks.
Sorry again, it is a instrument track with midi 1 & 2 from my Roland A-800 pro controller.
