When using the range selection tool,
If you hit the cmd modifier (temporarily disables snap), you get a Hand cursor, but it is just a visual bug, the hand function is not active (which is correct behaviour). Once you do a selection, you get the hand where the event is selected, and the range selection tool cursor is now displaying correctly. (hard to explain).
here is a gif that shows the issue (you see the hand appears when I am only holding Cmd as a modifier). The cursors are not consistent (probably since the combined tool)
