RE: Behringer VC340 Vocoder (will not update?)

Hi folks,

I purchased a Behringer VC340 Vocoder recently:

I am trying to update the firmware via their synth tool app.

The app informs me my device is currently outdated. I have tried 3 times to update it but it just hangs. I am not sure how LONG it typically takes to update? On the 3rd attempt I left it for over 45 minutes!, but to no avail.

I am hoping that there are fellow forum members here who may have had a similar experience in this area, and who are able to share their insight and resolution tactics.

Hi,

Issue solved. Was down to MAINTENANCE WORK on Behringer site.

Now the system is not letting me REGISTER my devices! These were purchased in February last and so I am still NOT up and running!
