I just purchased a focusrite 2i2 studio with Cubase 7 LE. When I try to register the software it says that the activation code has been used by someone else. I just bought the package which was completely sealed. All of the other software other than Cubase activated fine.
No software shows up in the My Products section. I had purchased an elicenser because I had heard about problems with activation.
This was a Christmas present for my daughter. Very frustrated. Please help.
