re installing LE4

I had to replace a hard drive and am having trouble reloading CuBase LE4. I have followed all the directions. installed/uninstalled 3 times. Downloaded eLicenser new installed and reinstalled. Did the updates on eLincencer. Please help. I can’t get an tion code.
