Re-Mapping Create CD Track Start/End Marker keyboard command

I would like to use a different keyboard command for inserting CD Track Start/End Marker but I am not able to find it in the list of actions found under the Customize Commands Sub-menu.

Suggestions much appreciated.

Markers Tool window > Function > Customize commands
