Reactivate of Cubase elements 9.5-cant reactive after new wind10 instalation

i have tried to Reactivate cubase elemnts 9.5 AFTER i format my computer and reinstall the cubase
i succeseed in registration the soft- elicenser but after that ,software elarts that the no PRoduct assigned to that licenses
pls assist

Did you register your previous Cubase Elements in your MySteinberg account? If yes, just reactivate the oldSoft-eLicenser to the new one.

I bought on UR 22mk II and I activated the cubase witch came with the audio hardware, and I don’t registered it on my account or on e-Licenser. It is possible to register that soft or I should buy a license code?

Get in touch with official Steinberg support or your local Steinberg dealer/support. Provide the Download Access Code or the Activation Code. They should be able to find it in the system.
