I have a problem with reactivation.
I had my cubase on my notebook and I gave it to the repair, but I forgot to write down the e-licenser code. They returned my notebook empty so I don´t have it. I was trying to ractivate it, but they want to know the code. What can I do? Thank you

Was your original Soft-eLicenser registered in your MySteinberg account? If yes, you can reactivate. If not, you have to ask official Steinberg support to help.
