Last year i bought STEINBERG UR22 MKII Recording Pack and it came with cubase AI. I was using cubase with no problem. I formatted my pc 2 days ago. I have followed the reactivation procedure given by the website and I went to “MySteinberg”, then clicked “MyProduct”, but nothing is shown under the “software” and it says “No products found on this eLicenser”. Now I can’t reactivate my cubase and coudn’t find any solutions about it.

This happens, if you don’t register your Sot-eLicenser to your MySteinberg account. Please get in contact with your local Technical Support/Dealer and provide them you Download Access Code or Activation Code. They will be able to find the Soft-eLicenser and register it to your MySteinberg account.
Then you can reactivate.
