I have changed laptop and I need to activate my cubase product LE AI elements 9.5 but even if send a letter to the steinberg that I need a new activation code from my account no one!!! answer to me three weeks now…

To reactivate to a new computer, go through the Reactivation process, please.
Btw, depending on your license LE, AI, or Elements, if you own Cubase LE or AI, you are allowed to get Cubase AI or Cubase LE 13 for free. Get in touch with your local Steinberg support (based on your location).

but I have the latest elicencer…
This usually means you did not register your license in your Steinberg profile. What does your Online Profile show
If you click on “Show eLicenser-based products” it should show your existing licenses and there is also a link to reactivate these licenses
You can open these files with Cubase 13

When you post screenshots like this please make sure you blure the license numbers.
This screen shows that you do not have a license for Cubase 9.5 registered.
Do you have access to the computer where you had 9.5 installed and licensed? Then you could do the registration via the eLicenser on that machine and after that it should appear here in your account.

Your old Soft-eLicenser Number wasn’t registered in your MySteinberg account. I added it.
Now, you can Reactivate.
Please, use this thread to ask for the licence update to Cubase LE 13.
