Hey my computers hard drive just broke and i can’t do anything on it , but im having problems with reactivating my account on the steinberg website. I put in my old activation code and my new solf elisencer number ( i got the information from my account on the steinberg website) and it says “The license cannot be reactivated. The apparently new eLicenser contains the license of the old activation code. Please enter another Soft-eLicenser number or contact the support team of Steinberg!” do i need to go on my cubase to reactivate it ? if so thats impossible because my computer doesnt work . Thank you very much i would appreciate the help
