Real-Time Export only, even if all external instruments and FX's disabled

When Exporting audio, only the Real-Time Export option is permitted, even if all of the VST instruments and FX’s have been disabled.

Steps to repeat issue:

  1. If each VST is manually turned off, Export is permitted offline (without the Real-Time Export option checked).

  2. If the Project is restarted, only the Real-Time Export option is permitted when Exporting audio despite all the VSTs being off.

  3. If each VST is manually turned on, then off, Export is permitted offline (without the Real-Time Export option checked), until a Project restart.

This is a big headache as I’ve many external instruments and VSTs active in my projects. This is especially an issue when I get to the mixing and mastering stages where I am not regularly using the VSTs anymore.
