I know there has been some discussion about the effectiveness of audio export on East West Play instruments and whether it is essential to use Real Time Export. I have a big project to export to audio and I wondered what is the latest view using Cubase 11 and Play 6 on whether you can successfully export to audio East West Play instruments in Offline mode or do you have to use Real Time? Note, I have no effects on these tracks.
I’ve never used Real Time when Exporting Projects that use Play & it’s always worked fine.
You could also Render In Place all your instances of Play before Exporting.
For stuff like this it is often easiest to just try the different options and see how they work in your specific circumstances (DAW config & the like).
That is also my experience.
