Real time read in page mode?

To read a multi-pages score in real time, I need to disable “page mode” so the view at the end of page 1 goes smoothly to page 2
Is there an option to have the same real time continuity still staying in “page mode” ?

I don’t get it. You are saying that the display follows the position cursor in Edit Mode?

I’m not sure if it did in a previous old version (?)

So is there any mean, in page mode or edit mode, to have the display following the cursor ?
