What to you mean? You can drag an effect into another slot or another track or copy it.
First 7 slots are prefader another two are post fader

As you’ve seen yourself already, changing the order of effects is limited to the fixed channel strip and Studio EQ instances as of now.
We might change the behaviour later to let users freely re-arrange the order for all effects.
