If you have a track with Locked automation lines for an insert effect:
and then you move/rearrange the insert effect, the automations of said effect will get erased, and if you try to Undo the actions in the Editor or Mixer window, it doesn’t restore the automations. This is bad because, if you want to recover those automations, you have to close the project and open it again, hoping that you saved your project enough till that point.
I suggest to developers to add an alert box in Cubase that notifies the user in the case where he has an automation line active and is locked that he will lose the Automations of that insert effect if he doesn’t deactivate the Lock before.
