Received new DAC code but from SDA I get that this DAC code is already consumed by another user

I purchased Cubase 14 pro - it’s my first Cubase. I received in the mail a card with Download Access Code. After typing it into my account (Reedem) I get the message: “Something went wrong. Please contact your local support team and have the error-code “dre-415” ready.”

Steinberg Download Assistant, after entering the code shows: “Download Access Code is alreday consumed by another user.”

The box I received was sealed, the code is added to my Cubase account for the first time.

Has anyone had a similar problem and managed to solve it?
