Yes. It’s a singer and some parts she has to recite words. The same situation is for my choir singers, they have to scream, to cry, etc
I’d like to know how to write it in Dorico. I have done many times in finale and now I’m very lost.

You might want to try in the Write mode, (pull down menu) create text or lyrics or what else might work

Could you show us a picture of what you did in Finale so that we know what you would like to achieve?

I would:

  1. create a Paragraph Style with the settings you want
  2. create Text objects with the Shift-X shortcut
  3. write the text
  4. change paragraph style
  5. position it where you want it to be in Engrave Mode.

Does it make sense?
