Reconnecting midi device.

Hi,

I know that all external devises must be powered on before starting Cubase (have Cubase5).

But what if during live performance cable gets loose and I must fast reconnect it and project is way too big to load live.

Is there a way to recall devises from Cubase project?

Thanx in advance. Just wanna be prepared for the worse;)

I outlined a procedure here. FYI… This issue has been fixed in CB 9.

This issue still persists, or at least it was reintroduced in Cubase 12. You must restart Cubase or unplug and plug back in each midi device and follow those steps for it to work again.
