Record midi track to mid track

I was wondering if it is possible to record a mid track to another midi track.

Like if I have midi effects on one track then send that midi to another track after it has been manipulated.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

This is not necessary. You can just MIDI > Freeze MIDI Modifiers to “print” the MIDI Inserts to the MIDI Parts.

If you also want to keep the source, you can duplicate the MIDI track first and then Freeze MIDI Modifiers on the duplicated track.
