Record Note Expression data AND Notes at the same time

Hi
Is there a video that shows how to set-up Cubase 15 to record my CC’s as note expression data?
I simply can’t make Cubase 15 record them.

Any help much appreciated!

I can’t understand that I only have 3 CC available in the Inspector/Note Expression set-up:

You must enable/define Note Expression in the instrument first. Then they will automatically apear also in the Key Editor.

I’m afraid I don’t understand what you mean. If I have a simple MIDI track shouldn’t I be able to record ex. CC1, 11. 20 right away and have the appear in the Note Expression lane right away?

What I noticed about NE is that it seems to be destination driven.
E.g. I have to define up to eight NE slots in Retrologue in order for them to appear in the Key Editor:

I can then give any of them an input assignment and record the NE data in real time.
