Recorded live gig and need to create CD/DVD

Hi gang, I have RTFM a couple of times and searched online looking for an answer but struggling to find it. Here’s my scenario. I’ve recorded a 2 set gig and the artiste wants to release it as DVD or CD. How do I insert either via marker track or however the capacity to jump to tracks without interruption to the audio?

You need dvd or cd authoring software like wavelab.
