Recorded Midi not in time !!

Hi, I have this issue, that when I record midi in cubase it never really plays back the exact timing that I played it.
When I do this in Reason everything sound absolutely tight, because I like to leave my ckips unquantized because I wanna have a total human feel.
So In cubase its not accurate but in Reason it does. Same issue was in Studio One when I tried it.
