RECORDED TRACK IS DELETED WHEN STOP RECORDING

Hi,

I am using Cubase 5.1.0 on Windows 8, and when I stop recording, the recorded tracks dissapears. How can I fixed it?

You need to actually record something. If the “track” disappears, there is no data recorded on it. We’re talking bout MIDI data, I suppose?

No, I am talking about acoustic drums recording, with TASCAM US-1800.

-On Devices>Devices config>VST Audio Systems I have the US-1800 selected.
-On Devices>VST Connections>Input I have assigned the Ports I am using.
-On every mono track I have assigned the correponding input port.

The mic signal is arriving to the US-1800. So I suppose I have left something on project config, but now I don’t know what is.

I have used the TASCAM US-1800 previously on drums recording and did it work fine.
