recording audio off of the internet

Is there a way I can I record audio from the internet using LE5? I’m guessing it’s in the way I have to set up the input bus but I’m not having any luck figuring it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m a new user to Cubase and I’m having a hard time learning my way around this thing. It came with the Tascam US-1800 I purchased. I was hoping the US-1800 would work with my old CEP2.0 but it only sees 2 of the 16 tracks.

If that device has FX returns that you can route to an input, set the device as the output for the computer, and feed the returns into the input.

Otherwise a physical loopback.
