I’m not sure if this is a function of Live but can you record DMX lighting control from an external 3rd party lighting controller which already has 100% of the programming of lighting scenes and sequences completed? The reason is if our sound/lighting guy isn’t available I can run the DMX from VSTLive and it sends out the same DMX data as the lighting controller (Lightkey) because we have recorded it into the DMX section. Would save a lot of time redoing the already programmed lighting scenes and sequences and only thing to do is patching the DMX channels.
