Recording external Synth to Cubasis?

Hi,

Im wanting to buy the Novation Ultra nova hardware synth, Im currently using Presonus Soundcard hooked to a USB hub connected to my Ipad which works great. The Novation ultranova uses USB connection to send Midi notes, can I record into Cubasis easily? (recording midi notes to cubasis then recording it down to Audio)?

If the device is CoreAudio and CoreMIDI compatible (USB class compliant drivers) then it should work great with Cubasis.
