Help!
I have just purchased GA4 and am having a little difficulty recording the generated midi pattern to a track within Cubase 6.5.
I have used GA3 for the last 5 years, so am not a complete novice… I just can’t seem to find the midi settings I am looking for within GA4.
If GA3 did not actually record a track (no midi pattern after stopping recording) I would usually check the midi input and midi outputs in the Cubase midi track I was recording to. I can’t seem to select Groove Agent 4 as a midi input, only an output within the Cubase track. Where are the settings I am looking for with respect to GA4?
I don’t see any reference to these settings within the 800 page GA manual!
In other words, how do I record GA4 to a midi/instrument track in Cubase 6.5?

Just drag and drop your midi pattern from the GA4 pad to your cubase midi track.
Hmmm… i can’t even seem to record within GA4. what the hell is going on.
I’m wasting so much time here. How do I turn on “midi out” within GA4? It has a cross under it and I can’t change it.
Much more of this and I’m going back to GA3 and requesting a refund.
