Hello, I recently purchased Cubase Artist 8.5 after hearing good things, starting to regret the purchase. I have used and recorded with most other DAWs on my rig (Ableton, Reaper, Studio One, etc) and have never had an issue. When I start to record while monitoring with any third party plug in if I tweak any of the parameters the recording stops and says there has been an interruption, at which point I have to restart the recording. I have changed every setting I can find that has to do with signal flow with no avail. Please tell me I am missing something and this is not the norm. Thanks in advanced for any help. MSI z97 g45 mono
12 Gigs RAM
Focusrite Saffire Pro 26 FireWire interface
Geforce 9500 GT 1 gb video card
Samsung SSD c drive with a secondary SSD for overflow effects and an additional 3 tb hdd for audio.
All drivers and BIOS up to date
Cubase Artist 8.5.
