I cannot find it myself and wondering why my recording of a synth is about 3dB less than the monitored signal. No panning or equivalent, just recording and listening… I even have the latency balancing suspected without success. Just wondering whether the monitored signal must have the same dB than the recorded session.
Why do you expect this? There comes more into account… delay compensation is not responsible… I would guess the monitoring signal path…
