Hi guys, I am going to try and explain my problem as best I can and hopefully someone can help me out.
I have a series of audio tracks on my cubase project (Cubase version 4). What I want to do is, loop one specific segment of one specific track (easy enough) and then as it loops, have what is looping recording to another track in real time. The primary reason for this is, I have a piece of manipulation software (a VST effect) that I am using to play around with the beat as it loops, and I want that stuff to record to another track as I do it, whilst keeping the original audio loop in tact.
I can’t for the life of me figure this one out, and at the moment am considering sending the loops through my Tascam tape studio and recording them live there.
