Recording MIDI and Automation Takes. Need Automation recorded separately PER TAKE. Possible?

I record MIDI with automation all the time however I can’t figure out when I’m doing performance takes (Midi + performance controls (pitch bend, mod wheel, etc) to make the automation record PER TAKE.

I can’t imagine it’s not possible, seems like a no-brainer, but I can’t figure it out my research has been exhausted. Any help?

Hi,

Don’t write the Pitch Bend and Mod Wheel as an Automation Track. Record them as common MIDI Data to the MIDI Part.
