Working with Elements 8: When i load Elements 8 the Steinberg hub appears. within it are preset options for recording under the recording Icon; one of them being “Acoustic guitar and Vocal”. When I load this it brings up 2 tracks with preset effects as I expect. However, something is not right with how my BUS, input, output settings are because I an neither record or hear anything. I can create a project from scratch and have mono in, and stereo out and create a track that I can both record and hear played back to me. I wish I could take a screen shot of what I see and paste it here. It is way to hard to explain but if you click the acoustic guitar and vocal setting and then go to VST connections it should be the same. Can someone help me make sense of this? thank you.
