Recording when track delay on

Hello,

I recorded some vocals inadvertently on a track which had track delay on.

Would the recording be in time (with the track delay on) or just delayed by the track delay setting and so would only play back in time if track delay removed?

Why don’t you just listen and hear for yourself.

It depends if the plugin was placed on the input channel or the audio track.

It’s the inbuilt Cubase track delay. The track delay is on the audio track. Looking at it again I think it only adjusts the playback. I’ll check.
