I’ve hooked up all inputs.
When I record on stereo input it either picks up the instrumental plus the vocals or don’t pick up the vocals at all
Should I be recording as mono?

Create a Mono-Input-Bus for any different Input Signal and so the depending physical input port of your Audio-Hardware in the “VST-Connections”-Window (F4)-> “Inputs-Tab”, that you want to record.
